Designed for specialists, project managers, and team leaders who require an in depth understanding of the theory behind LEAN, how to lead lean projects, and how it is implemented into practice. During the program, emphasis is placed on "LEAN” -ing by doing, with a direct application through simulations and collaborative improvement projects that optimize and drive changes for the business. Participants may also be awarded publicly recognized ECTS points for participation.
